The market detail changes country to country. These do not.
You own everything
Source code in your repository from the first commit, deployed to your hosting account with credentials in your name. No proprietary builder, no licence, nothing that stops another developer continuing the work.
Fixed price, local currency
A written scope with a fixed price in your currency and milestone dates, agreed before work starts. It does not move mid-project unless you change what you asked for, in writing.
One developer, no account layer
The person on the first call writes the code and answers your message two years later. Nothing is lost in a handover because there is never a handover.
Hours that overlap yours
Working hours are set around the client, not the other way round. The specific window is on each country page, and it is a real commitment rather than a claim.
Local rules built in
GDPR, PDPA, ADA accessibility or the relevant equivalent designed into the build from the start, because every one of them is cheaper to plan for than to retrofit.
Progress you can see
A staging URL that is always current and a weekly written update, so you never have to ask what is happening or take a status report on trust.

These five have pages. They are not the only five I work with.
Projects have gone to clients in the UAE, Australia, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands and elsewhere. Those markets do not have dedicated pages here because I would rather write one when there is enough genuine detail to say about them than publish a page with a country name dropped into a template.
If you are somewhere else, the arrangement is the same: a written scope, a fixed price in your currency, code you own, and working hours arranged around your day rather than mine.
