Building separate native apps for Android and iOS means writing everything twice and maintaining it twice forever. For the overwhelming majority of business apps — delivery, field service, booking, ordering, loyalty, internal operations — that is a bill with no matching benefit. React Native and Flutter produce genuinely native performance from one codebase, and the difference is invisible to your users.

I approach mobile the same way as web: get the core journey right first, ship it, then extend. An app that does three things flawlessly gets used daily. An app that does twenty things adequately gets uninstalled after the second week, and that decision is very hard to reverse.

You get test builds on your own phone from week two, so feedback happens while changes are still cheap.

What is included

01

React Native apps

Cross-platform apps sharing logic with your React web frontend, deployed to both stores from one codebase.

02

Flutter apps

High-performance apps with pixel-consistent interfaces across devices and excellent animation handling.

03

Business and field apps

Delivery tracking, field service, attendance, inventory scanning and sales-team apps that work offline.

04

Customer-facing apps

Ordering, booking, loyalty and membership apps with payments, push notifications and live status.

05

Backend and API

The server side your app needs — authentication, sync, push dispatch, admin panel and reporting.

06

Store launch and updates

Play Store and App Store submission, review handling, phased rollouts and over-the-air updates.

Why it is worth doing properly

  • One codebase for Android and iOS cuts build and maintenance cost substantially
  • Push notifications to bring customers back without paying for ads again
  • Offline capability for teams working where the signal is not
  • Shared backend with your website so data stays in one place

Technology used

How it works

From first call to launch

The same seven steps on every project, so you always know what happens next.

01

Discovery call

A straight conversation about what the business does, what is not working and what success looks like. No slide deck. If I am not the right fit for the project, I will say so here rather than three weeks in.

45-60 minutes
02

Written scope and fixed quote

You get a document listing exactly what will be built, what is excluded, the timeline in milestones and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you have read it and agreed. The scope is yours to keep either way.

2-4 days
03

Design you can click

Wireframes first for structure, then visual design. For websites you approve a working page in the browser rather than a flat image, so what you sign off is genuinely what gets built.

1-2 weeks
04

Build in visible milestones

Development runs in two-week milestones on a staging URL you can open any time. You see progress as it happens instead of receiving a status report about work you cannot verify.

2-16 weeks
05

Testing and your review

Cross-browser and mobile testing, speed and security checks, and a review round where your team uses the system properly and lists what needs changing before launch.

3-7 days
06

Launch and handover

Deployment, analytics and Search Console setup, a walkthrough recording for your team, documentation, and full credentials handed over. You own everything, including the source code.

1-2 days
07

Support after launch

A warranty period covering any bugs at no charge, then an optional maintenance plan for updates, backups, monitoring and new features. No lock-in either way.

FAQ

Mobile Apps — common questions

The questions that come up on almost every enquiry, answered honestly.

How much does an app cost in India?
It scales with feature count. A focused app with authentication, one core workflow, payments and an admin panel sits at the lower end. Marketplace and on-demand apps with live tracking, several user roles and wallet systems cost considerably more. Scoping produces a module-wise quote, which means you can see the cost of each part and stage the build across budgets rather than committing to everything at once.
React Native or Flutter?
React Native if you already have React web code or want to share developers between web and mobile. Flutter if the interface is animation-heavy or you want maximum visual consistency across older Android devices. Both are production-grade; I will recommend based on your team and design.
Do I need both Android and iOS at launch?
In India, Android alone covers the large majority of users and is cheaper to distribute. Many clients launch Android first and add iOS once the product is validated — with a cross-platform codebase that second launch is a small increment, not a second project.
Will you publish the app for me?
Yes. That covers developer account setup, store listings, screenshots, privacy policy, data safety declarations and handling review feedback. Apple in particular rejects first submissions routinely, and knowing why saves weeks.
Who owns the app and the accounts?
You do. The Play Console and App Store Connect accounts are registered in your business name, and the source code is delivered to your repository. Nothing is held on my account.
