Ads buy traffic immediately. SEO earns it permanently. Most businesses need both.

Google Ads is the fastest way to find out whether a keyword actually produces customers. SEO takes months to answer that question; ads answer it in a fortnight. That makes paid search useful even for businesses whose long-term plan is organic — you learn which terms convert before committing half a year of SEO effort to them.

The trap is that Google's defaults are designed to spend your budget, not to protect it. Broad match with automated bidding on a new account will happily buy clicks for searches only loosely related to your business. Managing that properly means conversion tracking configured before a single rupee is spent, a negative keyword list that grows every week, and reporting on cost per qualified lead rather than impressions, clicks or the vague quality metrics that make a dashboard look busy.

The ad account is created in your name with your billing. You keep it, and its history, if we ever stop working together.

What is included

01

Account setup and structure

Campaigns built around search intent and margin, with sensible ad group granularity and correct match types.

02

Conversion tracking

Form submissions, calls, WhatsApp clicks and purchases tracked properly, so every rupee is attributed to an outcome.

03

Keyword and negative management

Search term reports reviewed weekly, wasteful queries excluded and budget concentrated on terms that convert.

04

Ad copy and extensions

Multiple variants tested per ad group, with sitelinks, callouts, call and location extensions fully configured.

05

Landing page alignment

Ads pointed at pages built to convert that specific search, rather than dumping all traffic on the homepage.

06

Reporting and budget control

Monthly reporting on spend, leads and cost per lead, with clear recommendations on where to increase or cut.

Why it is worth doing properly

  • Traffic from day one while SEO builds in the background
  • Real conversion data showing which keywords deserve SEO investment
  • Negative keyword discipline that stops budget leaking to irrelevant searches
  • Reporting in cost per lead, the only number that decides whether ads work

How it works

From first call to launch

The same seven steps on every project, so you always know what happens next.

01

Discovery call

A straight conversation about what the business does, what is not working and what success looks like. No slide deck. If I am not the right fit for the project, I will say so here rather than three weeks in.

45-60 minutes
02

Written scope and fixed quote

You get a document listing exactly what will be built, what is excluded, the timeline in milestones and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you have read it and agreed. The scope is yours to keep either way.

2-4 days
03

Design you can click

Wireframes first for structure, then visual design. For websites you approve a working page in the browser rather than a flat image, so what you sign off is genuinely what gets built.

1-2 weeks
04

Build in visible milestones

Development runs in two-week milestones on a staging URL you can open any time. You see progress as it happens instead of receiving a status report about work you cannot verify.

2-16 weeks
05

Testing and your review

Cross-browser and mobile testing, speed and security checks, and a review round where your team uses the system properly and lists what needs changing before launch.

3-7 days
06

Launch and handover

Deployment, analytics and Search Console setup, a walkthrough recording for your team, documentation, and full credentials handed over. You own everything, including the source code.

1-2 days
07

Support after launch

A warranty period covering any bugs at no charge, then an optional maintenance plan for updates, backups, monitoring and new features. No lock-in either way.

FAQ

Google Ads — common questions

The questions that come up on almost every enquiry, answered honestly.

How much should I budget for Google Ads?
Enough to gather meaningful data, which in most Indian service markets means a minimum monthly ad spend sufficient for roughly thirty to fifty clicks a week on your target terms. Below that, results are noise rather than signal. Management fees are separate from ad spend, and the spend goes directly to Google on your own card.
Should I run ads or invest in SEO?
If you need leads this month, ads. If you want traffic that continues after you stop paying, SEO. Most businesses are best served running a modest ad budget for immediate leads and keyword data, while SEO compounds underneath. I will say plainly if your market is one where ads are too expensive to work.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. It is created under your business with your billing details, and I get manager access. Some agencies run clients inside their own account, which means you lose all campaign history the day you leave. That is not how this works.
Can you fix an account that is spending without results?
Usually. The common causes are broken or missing conversion tracking, broad match with no negatives, all traffic pointed at a homepage, and bidding on terms with no commercial intent. An audit identifies which apply before any changes are made.
Do you handle Meta or Instagram ads too?
My focus is Google Search, where intent is explicit — someone typing the query is already looking for what you sell. Social ads are interruption-based and need a different skill set. If that is what you need, I will refer you rather than pretend it is a strength.
