The English is business-standard, the expectations are set by global parent companies, and the documentation matters as much as the software.

George Town is a different market entirely — heritage hotels, cafés, tour operators and an independent retail scene serving visitors who are researching in English, Mandarin or from overseas before they arrive. That makes multilingual content and mobile speed more important here than almost anywhere else in Malaysia, since a large share of the traffic is arriving on international roaming or hotel wifi.
